Oil China 2009 has been held successfully from March 15th to 17th in World Trade Center Beijing. Despite of the global financial crisis, Oil China 2009 still attracted nearly 100 companies from Spain, Greece, Italy, Australia, Israel, Argentina, Portugal, Tunis, Turkey, Chile, Syria, Jordan, China, Hong Kong SAR and so on. The exhibiting area reached 4,000 square meters.

Oil China 2009 was fully supported and actively attended by Embassies of Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Foreign Trade Bureau of Spain, Trade Promotion Center of Greece, and Portugal Olive Oil Association. Especially, Spain, Greece and Portugal presented at Oil China 2009 as National Pavilions. Exhibits at Oil China 2009 include bean oil, palm oil, colza oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, avocado oil, other edible oil and relevant equipments.

According to the statistics from the specialized data company, about 6700 visitors from 32 countries and regions attended this exhibition. 95% of the visitors are from Chinese 30 provinces and cities. Reporters from 50 medias have visited and reported this exhibition. Those medias cover various industries, such as edible oil, food, nutrition, health, medicine, life, catering, hairdressing, women, elders, economics, culture, and so on.
