The former Beijing Muslin Food Co., Ltd. was reconstructed to a joint-stock enterprise-Beijing Yueshengzhai Muslin Food Co., Ltd. by Beijing Er Shang Group Co., Ltd. and some other investors. The company is an appointed ethnic commodity manufacture certified by both the State and Beijing Ethnic Affairs Commission, which is presently the only one state-owned enterprise, specialized in producing Muslin meat in Beijing.
The enterprise is consisted of Sales Department, Production Department, Refrigerating Plant, R&D Department and Examination Center. The company posses modern processing equipment and facilities producing fast frozen food, pastry, animal oil, butter and cooked meat. The products produced by the company include beef and mutton, poultry products and aquatic products, cooked food and food products and some other Islamic food products.
